My recent stay was quite pleasant. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the train station and tram line, making it super easy to get around Hakodate. The rooms were kept very clean, though they weren’t overly spacious. The service provided by the staff, especially in the restaurant, was quite helpful. However, I did find the dining options a bit limited, which was a letdown. Overall, it's a good value for the price, but there's room for improvement in dining variety.
